Ordering & Shipping
When will my order arrive?
Most US and Canada orders arrive in 8-10 days. You'll get a tracking number by email the moment your order ships, usually within 1 to 2 business days of ordering.
Where do you ship?
Right now we ship across the US and Canada. We're growing fast and rolling out to more of the world soon, because good pets live everywhere.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on orders over $49. For smaller orders, a flat shipping rate is shown at checkout before you pay. No surprise fees, ever.
What payment methods do you accept, and is checkout secure?
We take all the usual suspects: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, Shop Pay and Apple Pay. Every transaction runs through Shopify's secure, encrypted checkout, so your details stay safe. No nasty surprises, no funny business.
Will I get tracking?
You sure will. The second your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can watch it make its way to your door. No guessing, no chasing.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can usually sort it. Email us at info@petbuckets.com as soon as you can and a real hooman will jump on it.

Are your toys safe for my pet?
Pet safety is non-negotiable around here. It's baked into how we pick every toy we sell, and every product page lists materials and age or size guidance. As with any toy, we always recommend supervised play.
How do I choose the right size?
Each product page has size guidance to help you match the toy to your pet. When in doubt, size up, or email us and we'll help you pick the perfect fit for your good boy or girl.
Are the toys really durable?
We pick for durability hard. That said, no toy on earth is truly indestructible (if it were, we'd just be selling bricks, and dogs hate those). For serious power chewers, supervised play keeps everyone happy.
What are the toys made of?
Materials are listed on every product page so you always know what you're getting. We choose non-toxic, pet-safe materials, full stop.
Returns & Issues
What if my pet doesn't like it, or it breaks quickly?
Email us at info@petbuckets.com within 60 days. Tell us what happened and we'll figure out a solution together. No complicated process, no forms to fill out, just a real conversation.
My order arrived damaged or wrong. Help?
So sorry about that. Email us with your order number and a quick photo, and we'll make it right fast. Stuff happens in transit, and sorting it out is on us.
How do returns and refunds work?
We handle every return personally to find the best fix for your situation. Just email us within 60 days and we'll walk you through it. Once a refund is sorted, it goes back to your original payment method within a few business days.
